Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your DTP AI subscription at any time by sending an email request or support ticket. There are no billing periods; instead, users add funds to their wallet for data processing.

If you cancel a subscription before the end of your current paid-up period, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment is received, your subscription will be stopped.

We do not offer refunds for initial wallet top-ups. Please ensure your wallet balance is used appropriately for the services required.

We do not offer refunds for recurring wallet top-ups. If you have been billed for an automatic renewal of the wallet, you can cancel the wallet top-up to avoid future deductions.

Activated subscriptions will not expire even if there is no sufficient fund in the wallet!

Sufficient funds are required in DTP AI wallet only when you use the DTP AI File Scanning services and Text Data language translations processes.

Per file scanning text extraction process and text language translations will be charged per page based on the subscription packages.
